Kelley O’Connell brings more than 20 years experience in IT across industries including tenure with Finance, Insurance, and Software Development organizations. She has expertise in Project Management, Program Management, Portfolio Management, Software Development Management, Agile Trainer, and Enterprise Agile Coach.
Kelley is passionate about helping people during their personal and organizational transformations. These changes can be particularly stressful but, with help navigating the changes, people can gracefully ease into their new space.
